Non Profit Children's Home For Village Children In Nepal

A Blessed Home for Nepal’s Children

Christian care for Nepali children with nowhere else to go

For more than 30 years, Blessed Children’s Home has welcomed children that society has pushed aside:
those without parents, without safety, and without a place to belong.
Here in Central Nepal, they find a family, a future, and the hope of Jesus Christ.

Our Story Of Hope

Blessed Children’s Home (BCH) cares for 35+ children today and has raised more than 215 boys and girls into adulthood over the past 30 years

Children who arrive with nothing - no parents, no education, no security - receive a safe home, schooling, discipleship, and the daily love of a mom and dad in Christ.

In a nation where laws are tightening, persecution is real, and poverty still steals opportunity, Blessed Children’s Home stands quietly, day after day, as a testimony that God has not forgotten these children.

A Small Beginning

Blessed Children’s Home began in 1994, when an Indian Bible school graduate moved to Nepal with a simple conviction: if God cares for orphans and widows, His people should too.

  • The first home started with two girls in a remote village with no road, electricity, school, or clinic.
  • Over time, God opened doors to start a children’s home and a school serving hundreds of students near the Indian border.
  • As the ministry grew, so did opposition. False accusations, media attacks, death threats, and even jail time followed.
  • Instead of quitting, the founders relocated to Central Nepal, sold everything, and started again - this time building a permanent home for the children God would send their way.

Today, Blessed Children’s Home continues quietly, under increasing legal pressure but with the same simple resolve:

love the children nobody else will take, and trust God for what comes next.

Why We Do It

Breaking Poverty, Igniting Hope!

Our Mission At BCH

Equip a generation of children with the foundation and education to change their family's future.

Break cycles of poverty through healthy upbringing, education and mentorship.

Raise up future leaders who will transform our beautiful nation of Nepal.

Religion that God our Father accepts as pure and faultless is this:

to look after orphans and widows in their distress and to keep oneself from being polluted by the world.”

James 1:27 (NIV)

Blessed Children’s Home is one small, fragile, yet faithful expression of this verse in Central Nepal.

Daily Life

Daily Life in the Home

This is what your support makes possible.

  • Children wake, pray, make their beds, and help with simple chores.
  • They eat breakfast, then walk to a nearby school that offers both Nepali and English-medium education.
  • After classes they return for snacks, homework, and play.
  • Evenings bring dinner, study time, and personal prayer before bed.
  • Staff and older youth mentor younger ones, offering counseling, guidance, and a listening ear.

We are not an institution. We are a family guided by faith, discipline, and presence.
